CLIENT : Une grande brasserie parisienne, avec un grand volume de tasses à café ou thé à laver quotidiennement.
BESOIN : La brasserie fait appel à PRODISCOL car de nombreuses traces de caféine, théine ou rouge à lèvres subsistent sur les tasses, même après le passage en lave-vaisselle. Cela risque de ternir son image. Ou bien de nuire à sa rentabilité si le personnel doit relaver les tasses et les essuyer une par une. PRODISCOL lui préconise l’utilisation d’un produit de lavage technique permettant de nettoyer plus efficacement ses tasses, comme Cristal + ou Sopra Lave S+.
RÉSULTAT : La brasserie peut désormais servir ses boissons chaudes sans douter de la propreté impeccable de ses tasses, le personnel n’a donc plus à vérifier avant de servir la clientèle et cette dernière a une bonne image de la brasserie.
